Returns

PortagePal.ca offers returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaging for eligibility. To initiate a return, contact us for instructions. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense and non-refundable. Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we'll process your refund or exchange for defective or damaged products.
